How does your journey begin and when does it end?
It all starts with a decision.
Your decision to give your body a chance to change is the first step towards a fitter, more confident you.
Choose consciously
Make sure to choose the right size for you, and avoid choosing a smaller size to speed up results.
Measure carefully
Using a measuring tape, record your waist circumference at three points:
• Four fingers above the navel
• At the navel
• Four fingers below the navel
Wear the corset correctly
Make sure it is positioned perfectly without excessive lifting or lowering.
Commitment is the secret
Wear the corset daily for at least 8 hours.
Evaluate progress
